Media Policy
At National Landing Church, we recognize the powerful role that photos, videos, and other forms of media play in strengthening and enriching our faith community. Visual media helps us share our story, gives visitors a glimpse of what to expect at our worship services and events, showcases the dedication of those who serve, and enables us to communicate our mission to people both within and beyond the church through digital and print platforms.
As part of this, photography, videography, live streaming, and other forms of recording may take place during Sunday services, ministry activities, classes, programs, and special events at National Landing Church. The media captured during these gatherings may be used in materials created by or for the church, including but not limited to bulletins, posters, brochures, newsletters, websites, online services, and social media platforms.
By attending or participating in any services, activities, classes, programs, or events at National Landing Church, you acknowledge and agree to the following: (i) you may be photographed, filmed, or otherwise recorded; (ii) you grant permission for National Landing Church to use recordings that include your image, likeness, voice, or statements without compensation or credit, for promotional, informational, or other purposes, worldwide and indefinitely; and (iii) you release and hold harmless National Landing Church from any claims or liabilities related to the use of such media.
While National Landing Church reserves the right to document its events, we are committed to using photography and videography in respectful and uplifting ways. We will not knowingly share any content that could be considered embarrassing, inappropriate, or harmful to any clearly identifiable individual.
If you come across a photo on any National Landing Church website or social media platform that features you or your child and you would like it removed, please contact us. Please note that removal requests cannot be applied to video recordings or live-streamed content. Additionally, National Landing Church is not responsible for and cannot control media captured or shared by individuals or organizations not affiliated with the church, including community members or news outlets, and cannot remove such content from external platforms.
